About Traboscia Co Inc

A parking lot at five in the morning is the emptiest place in Delaware County, and after a storm it is also the most important one. Traboscia Co Inc spends winter nights on that work around Morton — pushing lots into clean windrows, stacking the piles where they will not blind a driver backing out, opening the walkways and entrances before anyone arrives to use them. The borough's mix of shops, small businesses and tight residential blocks means every job has its own puzzle of curbs and corners to learn. Salt goes down where the shade holds, and the crew comes back when the wind fills a drive in again. Come daylight, the pavement looks like the storm skipped it.
