About Albright Precision Inc.

Moosic sits low along the Lackawanna, and the flats near Birney Avenue collect snow the way the river collects everything else. Albright Precision Inc. runs plows through that corridor while the borough is still dark — lots scraped to the line, entrances opened, salt down before the first cars turn in. Between the river and the hillside a wind can pack a drift against a doorway overnight, so walks and thresholds get cleared by hand and treated. Northeastern Pennsylvania winters are long and stubborn, and the answer is a route run on time, storm after storm. Come daylight it ought to look like the snow simply skipped that address.
