Gino's Mowing Service

About Gino's Mowing Service

There is an hour in late June when the light along University Boulevard goes long and gold, and a freshly mown lawn looks poured rather than cut. Gino's Mowing Service chases that hour. The work is mowing, trimming and edging, week after week, at a height that keeps Moon Township fescue cool while the river air sits heavy over the plateau. Anyone can shorten grass; the satisfaction lives in the pattern, in the clippings swept clean off the walk, in the line where the blade stopped exactly where it ought to. By Friday the whole street looks like somebody cared, because somebody did.
