Cappelli Property Services

About Cappelli Property Services

At three in the morning the Route 309 corridor belongs to no one — the lots wide and blank, the traffic signals blinking amber over an empty crossroads. That is the hour Cappelli Property Services goes to work, pushing snow into long clean banks before Montgomeryville wakes up and remembers it has somewhere to be. Plowing, shoveling and salting: driveways taken down to the pavement, walkways scattered before the first door opens, entrances nobody has to think twice about. There is a real pleasure in a lot laid out square and dark while the sky is still going. By the time light comes up over Colmar and Hatfield, the work reads as though the storm simply decided to skip this address.
