About Redeemer Tree & Land LLC

A February storm here usually comes up from the southwest overnight, and by first light the fields along the Route 15 corridor are one unbroken sheet with the fence posts for punctuation. Redeemer Tree & Land LLC is out in it — plowing residential drives and commercial lots, clearing walkways and doorways by hand, pushing banks back off the corners so sight lines come back, and putting salt where traffic would otherwise pack the leftovers into ice. The storms that start as rain and turn over are the hard ones: that snow is heavy and it sets fast. So the trucks run in passes, coming back through while the sky keeps adding to it. When the weather finally quits, the drives are open and the day can go ahead the way it was planned.
