About Busy Boyz

Monaca's side streets climb straight up from the river, and between some of them there is nothing but a concrete stairway cut into the hill. Busy Boyz turns out when the squalls come through — shoveling those steps, clearing walks, plowing driveways and clearing the tight parking spots down to the pavement. Snow never sits politely on a grade; it wants to slide, pack and freeze, and doing it right the first time keeps it from doing all three. There is honest work in a set of stairs cut clean to the concrete on a Saturday night. Come morning the hill is walkable again.
