About Wynosky Excavating

Minersville sits down in the valley where the West Branch Schuylkill runs and the hills come up dark and close on both sides. Wynosky Excavating handles winter here — plowing driveways and lots, clearing walks, spreading salt where the steep streets ice over in the shade. Snow packs hard against those grades, and a hill street left alone until morning is a hill street nobody drives. So the trucks go out early, cutting the first line down each block. A coal-valley street opened before the day starts is a good way to begin one.
