About Gramlys Outdoor Design

Mahoning Creek slips through Milton quietly, and the yards along it change character four times over the course of a year. Gramlys Outdoor Design works with that rhythm — mowing, trimming, mulch and bed work while the ground is soft, plowing and salting once the borough goes white and still. A planting laid out well in May carries a house all the way through August; a drive scraped down to blacktop at five in the morning carries a household through January. The pleasure is in the shape of things: a curved bed edged crisp, a walk cleared wide enough to actually walk. Weather comes down this valley without much warning, and the work is ready either way.
