About Knisely Excavating, LLC

Gravel lanes off Route 192 run a long way back before they reach a house, and in February they fill without asking. Knisely Excavating, LLC pushes them open — plowing driveways, farm lanes and lots, clearing walkways, stacking snow where it won't be in the way for the next storm, and salting the approaches. Weather here drops off the western ridges and lands in the valley cold and heavy, sometimes long after Mifflinburg proper has stopped getting any. Heavy equipment carries its own satisfaction: what took all night to close, opened in a single pass. Snow work for Mifflinburg and the back roads between the mountains.
