About 10,000 Reasons Lawn and Snow Service

Midland's streets climb straight up from the Ohio River, and every one of them turns interesting at about two inches. 10,000 Reasons Lawn and Snow Service runs those grades in the dark — plowing driveways and lots, shoveling steps and walks, spreading salt where a hill meets a stop sign. Storms track down the valley out of the northwest and hang over Beaver County for long grey hours; the work is mostly a matter of being awake for them. Hillsides above the river freeze in shade and thaw in sun on the same afternoon, so one driveway can need two visits. Snow service, done so a Midland morning starts on time.
