About Porter Family Exteriors

March storms in Delaware County are the sneaky ones — heavy, wet, gone by Thursday, but for two days they can shut a street down entirely. Porter Family Exteriors runs snow work straight through them: plowing driveways and lots, clearing walks and steps, treating the places where meltwater will run and then lock up overnight. Out toward Broomall and Springfield the cul-de-sacs fill in odd shapes, and knowing where to stack the piles so the next storm still has somewhere to go is half the craft. The reward is ordinary and it is exactly the point — a car that backs out without spinning, a mailbox somebody can actually reach. Media handles winter the way it handles most things: early, and without much fuss.
