About Zehr Building LLC

Out toward Woodcock and Conneaut Lake the road runs between long open fields, and a February squall can take that ground and fill a lane in under an hour. Zehr Building LLC clears it — plowing driveways and private lanes, opening lots, shoveling steps and walkways, and putting down salt where the wind has packed everything hard. Some calls are a single quick pass; others are a hillside drive that has to be widened a little each storm so there is somewhere left to put the next one. There is a plain satisfaction in a place left open at dusk with the banks pushed back square and the entrance clean. Winter is long in this county, and the work comes back with every storm.
