About Lotis Construction

January in the Mon Valley arrives as fog that turns to glaze, and McKeesport's hillside streets take it harder than most places. Lotis Construction is out ahead of the morning on nights like that, plow down, opening driveways and lots before anyone has to think about the climb. Walks get shoveled to the bare concrete and treated so the next freeze finds nothing to hold onto. There is a particular quiet at four in the morning on a cleared drive, steam rolling off the truck, the whole street still waiting. Snow work covers McKeesport and the boroughs around it.
