McIntyre's Tree Service

About McIntyre's Tree Service

McIntyre is a small community tucked into Pennsylvania's wooded hills, where the roads curve and the hemlocks hold snow on their boughs long after a storm has passed. When winter arrives, McIntyre's Tree Service turns from the trees to the snow, clearing driveways and walks so the drive out to the road stays passable. There is a particular beauty in a late-afternoon snowfall here, flakes sifting down through bare oaks as the light goes violet. Then comes the good part: a freshly cleared drive, edges sharp, footing sure, waiting for whoever is coming home. In a place this small, an open lane is a kindness everyone feels.
