About T L Long Excavating

Morrison's Cove lies flat and open between the ridges, and when the wind gets up, snow crosses those limestone farms in long white ribbons. T L Long Excavating handles snow removal in the country around Martinsburg — plowing lanes and driveways, opening the wide turnarounds a farmstead needs, clearing walks in town. The Cove holds its cold; a drive opened in the morning will stay that way all day once the pavement gets to see the sky. There is a plain satisfaction in the shape of a finished job — piles set where they will not be in the way come thaw, and everything else black and open. Tussey Mountain takes the last of the light, and the work is done.
