Mount Gretna Home Services

About Mount Gretna Home Services

The road out of Manheim toward the Furnace Hills climbs up into oak woods, and the first December squall always finds it before it ever finds the valley. Mount Gretna Home Services runs snow work along that stretch, plowing drives and lots, clearing walks and spreading salt on the shaded pitches the sun never quite reaches by noon. Cottage lanes and country roads get the same handling: down to the surface, edges squared off, banks pushed back far enough to leave room for whatever comes next. Winter on the higher ground arrives early and leaves late. Somebody has to meet it at the top of the driveway, and that is the job.
