About Koser Excavating

The truck keys go on the hook by the door in November and mostly stay in somebody's hand until March. Koser Excavating plows the long farm lanes outside Manheim, the quarter-mile approaches where one storm can strand a whole house by itself, along with driveways, turnarounds and lots in the borough. February is the tricky month here, thawing all afternoon and glazing over by nine at night, so treated surfaces matter as much as cleared ones. Shovel work takes the steps and the path to the door, because that is the stretch a person actually walks. An open lane, a salted step, and a truck already gone up the road: that is the whole idea.
