Rainmaker

About Rainmaker

Weather crosses Chester County from the west, and Malvern usually knows what is coming an hour or two before it lands. Rainmaker is a snow removal outfit that works the middle of that window — out ahead of the accumulation, back again through it, and once more after the wind has finished pushing it around. Plowed drives, cleared walkways, a lot opened wide enough that nobody has to squeeze past a bank of snow to park. There is something steadying about a storm night handled well: the borough wakes to blacktop and simply gets on with the morning. That is the result the work is aimed at, every time out.
