About D&S Landscaping

A February storm comes into the Great Valley sideways, and by midnight the ridges toward Valley Forge have gone featureless and white. D&S Landscaping works those hours, plowing driveways and lots, clearing walks by hand, spreading material where the melt will refreeze before dawn. Snow removal is the whole of the job here, which means the truck is loaded in November and stays loaded until the last cold snap gives up. Malvern's freeze-and-thaw rhythm makes ice the real opponent, and it gets treated as such. There is a specific quiet pride in the moment the headlights swing back over a lot you have just made passable.
