Seth Frey's Mowing Service

About Seth Frey's Mowing Service

Lurgan sits on the floor of a valley with a mountain on either hand, and the year here divides just as cleanly. From April on it belongs to grass: Seth Frey's Mowing Service running the cut through the township, trimming the fence rows and mailbox posts, edging the drives, and coming back on schedule while the hayfields go from green to gold around them. Then the wind turns north, and the same routes are driven with a plow instead — driveways opened, lanes cleared, steps and walks shoveled, salt down where the shade holds ice. Autumn's cleanups bridge the two, with beds cut back and leaves pulled off the turf. Knowing a property in both halves of the year is the whole advantage.
