About Pennsylvania Lawn and Landscape

Lowhill measures the year in a loop, and Pennsylvania Lawn and Landscape follows the whole circle of it. April opens with mowers, and from then until the frost the work is the cut, the trimmed fence line, the crisp edge along a walk, week after week across yards that roll toward the Jordan Creek. October empties the beds and takes the leaves off the grass. Then the ridge goes white, the wind starts moving snow across the open fields, and the same driveways get plowed, the same walks shoveled, salt laid where the grade turns treacherous. Working both halves means knowing where the water pools in July and where the drift builds in January — and treating one property as one long conversation instead of a string of visits.
