About Snyder's Landscaping and Snow Removal LLC

Before the valley is properly awake, headlights swing off Jonestown Road and the blade goes down. Snyder's Landscaping and Snow Removal LLC works Lower Paxton Township, where a storm comes over Blue Mountain in a grey hush and settles into the neighborhoods below without asking anyone's permission. Driveways get cleared to the pavement, front walks opened wide enough for a mail carrier's boots, salt laid in the shaded corners where ice likes to hide. Come April the same trucks trade the plow for the mower, and the lawns out toward Paxtonia and Devonshire get their first cut of the year, edges run clean along the curb and the clippings swept off the sidewalk. It is ordinary work done in the dark and again in the heat, and anybody who steps outside to a bare driveway knows what it is worth.
