About Bechtel's Landscaping

There is an hour in late August when the light along Swabia Creek turns the color of cut hay, and that is the hour the last lawn of the day gets finished. Mowing, trimming, and edges brought back to where the concrete actually ends — the small corrections that make a yard look intentional rather than merely short. Cleanups follow the maples down through autumn until the beds and turf are clear. Then the year flips and the same trucks are out with plow and salt while the fields toward Alburtis are still blue with dark. Different tools, same stretch of road, same houses waiting on the other side of the window.
