About AFC Properties

Wescosville wakes before the rest of the township does. On a storm morning, Hamilton Boulevard is still a strand of amber lights when the blade goes down and a driveway turns from white to bare pavement — wide enough that a car can back out without anybody having to think about it. Salt goes where the walk dips and holds water, because that is where the trouble waits. By June those same streets are a mowing route: grass cut to an even nap, edges run true along every curb and mailbox post. It is plain outdoor work spoken in two seasonal languages, and both of them are native here.
