About Green Leaf Landscaping

May in the Perkiomen valley is nearly indecent — everything green at once, hedgerows filling in, the fields around Lower Frederick going from brown to bright in about ten days. Green Leaf Landscaping keeps pace with mowing, trimming and edging, fresh mulch in the beds, and cleanups at both ends of the growing season. Between the old stone houses and the newer streets there are lawns of every shape here, some flat as a table and some rolling right down toward the creek. The work is to make each of them read as intentional — even cut, clean border, beds properly defined. Come evening the light goes long and gold across all of it, and a yard looks the way a yard ought to look.
