About 31 East Landscaping & Excavation LLC.

Lower Burrell is built on hillsides above the Allegheny, and every one of those slopes turns into a question the morning after a storm. 31 East Landscaping & Excavation LLC. answers it with a plow — driveways and lots opened, walkways cleared, salt laid across the pitched approaches where a car would otherwise slide back toward the road. River fog rises up the valley overnight and glazes whatever the blade left behind, so the salting matters every bit as much as the pushing. The reward is small and specific: a truck backing out of a steep drive at seven in the morning without a moment's hesitation. Westmoreland County winters do not negotiate, so the route starts early.
