About Wert's Lawn Care LLC

Liverpool sits right on the west bank of the Susquehanna, ridges at its back and a mile of moving water in front, and the river writes the weather here — fog most mornings, and snow that comes down the valley with the wind pushing behind it. Wert's Lawn Care LLC works both sides of that year: mowing, trimming and edging the yards between Routes 11/15 and the water, with cleanups when the season opens and again when it closes. In winter the blades go on for driveways and lots, walks get shoveled, and salt goes down on river-damp concrete that freezes ahead of everything else. Perry County properties range from narrow river-town lots to long lanes climbing toward the ridge, and each one asks for its own approach. A clear drive at daybreak, mist still lying on the Susquehanna, is a good way to start.
