Long Meadow Lawn & Landscape

About Long Meadow Lawn & Landscape

Southern Chester County rolls away from Lincoln University in long green waves, farm ground and woodlots and the occasional stone barn holding a ridge. Long Meadow Lawn & Landscape works both halves of that year: mowing, trimming and edging through the growing months, then plowing and salting when a storm comes up the Baltimore Pike corridor and shuts the back roads down. Winter here can fall as rain near Oxford and snow a few miles north, so the trucks stay ready either way, with lanes opened, walkways shoveled and ice treated ahead of the morning drive. Cleanups bracket the season, clearing off whatever the wind piled into the hedges. A lane cleared to gravel at daybreak and a lawn cut level in July are two very different pleasures, and they take both.
