Blackforest Landscaping & Snowplowing

About Blackforest Landscaping & Snowplowing

At three in the morning after a Montgomery County storm, Limerick Township is all sodium light and falling snow, with the steam plume off the cooling towers standing white against a black sky. Blackforest Landscaping & Snowplowing is already out on Ridge Pike with the plow down, pushing drifts back off driveways and lots so the township can get where it needs to go by seven. Walks get shoveled to the concrete, and salt goes down where ice likes to reform in the blue hour before dawn. There is a particular pride in a driveway cleared before anyone wakes to see it happen, the storm's evidence gone and the day handed back whole. When the next system rides in from the west, they will be up again.
