About Lewistown Excavating LLC

Storms funnel into this valley through the Lewistown Narrows, where the Juniata cut its way between the ridges, and they can drop snow here for a solid day and night. Lewistown Excavating LLC works those hours — plow down, headlights on, driveways and lots and access lanes opened one at a time. The machines are built for moving earth, which makes them steady company when the pile at the end of a parking lot has to go somewhere. Salt and sand go down after, on the ramps and walkways where footing matters most. Snow removal for Lewistown and the neighboring valley towns.
