About Hillyard's Landscaping

The ground rises west out of downtown Lewisburg toward the campus, and half the yards on that climb sit at an angle — terraced, banked, sloping down to a sidewalk. Hillyard's Landscaping knows what that pitch asks for: mowing across the grade, trimming the banks by hand, edging the walks so the line stays true where the lawn falls away. Grass cut evenly on a slope looks intentional from the street, and that is a satisfying thing to leave behind. When ice takes hold in a Union County January, a sloped driveway becomes the priority — plowed, scraped and salted early so nobody has to gamble on it. Hill ground, kept in shape in both seasons.
