About Solts Services

Weather comes to Palmerton through the Lehigh Gap, funneled between Blue Mountain and the river before it ever reaches a driveway. Solts Services works with that in mind — mowing and lawn care through the warm months when the hillside above town is going green again, plowing and salting through winter when the same wind pushes drift across a flat lot. The grid streets below the mountain get narrow fast once snow piles at the curb, so the work is as much about where the snow goes as where it leaves. And in July there's the plain pleasure of a lawn cut level along the Aquashicola bottomland, edges tight, clippings gone. A town under a mountain deserves both: green kept, and the way out kept open.
