About Perez Landscape Services

By June the grass along the Waterford road grows fast enough that you can nearly watch it, greened up by the same lake air that buries the township every winter. Perez Landscape Services keeps the mowing on rhythm through those long northwestern-Pennsylvania afternoons — even stripes across the open yards, string trimming close along fence posts and mailbox stands, edges cut sharp where lawn meets gravel. The best part of the job is the last pass, when the clippings blow clear and the whole property suddenly reads as tended. Spring cleanups strip the beds of what March left behind, and by late autumn the leaves go before the first hard frost can set them down for good. Small village lots, big farm yards, and everything in between around Lake LeBoeuf.
