About Fish's Hauling & Removal Service LLC

Lawrenceville sits where the Cowanesque comes down to meet the Tioga, a border town with New York only a few minutes up the road, which means weather tends to reach here before it reaches much of anywhere else. Fish's Hauling & Removal Service LLC works the snow side of that arrangement: plowing driveways and parking areas, clearing walks, and salting the shaded stretches along the river flat where ice likes to hold its grip. A storm running down the valley can bury a morning in a hurry, so the truck rolls out while it is still falling rather than waiting for the end of it. There is a plain, stubborn pleasure in a lot pushed back square to its edges and a walkway scraped clean down to the concrete. By the time the town stirs, the way out is already open.
