Perennial Yard

About Perennial Yard

November is the hinge of the year in Latrobe: the brick storefronts downtown go dim by five, the last leaves come off, and everyone starts watching the sky. Perennial Yard sits on both sides of that hinge, mowing, trimming, edging and running fall cleanups right up until the ground hardens. Then it is plow blades, shoveled walks and salt on the slick corners where sidewalk meets curb. Working a place all year means knowing where the water runs, where the drift always forms, where the mower has to slow down. That accumulated knowledge is what makes a property look easy to keep.
