About Grasshopper Lawns, LLC

Larksville sits on the slope above the Susquehanna flats with the mountain at its back and the whole Wyoming Valley laid out below, which means the grass grows on a tilt and the weather arrives with an opinion. Grasshopper Lawns, LLC works the full circle of that year: mowing, trimming, edging and seasonal cleanups while the valley is green, then plowing, shoveling and salting once the valley turns white. Hillside driveways want a plan made before the first flake falls; hillside lawns want a mower that respects the pitch. Both come down to the same plain thing — showing up on the day the work needs doing, and finishing it properly. A trim lawn in July, a clear drive in January, above the river either way.
