Lyn's Lawn & Garden Btq

About Lyn's Lawn & Garden Btq

The yards of Lansdowne are small, but they are not simple — azaleas banked along a porch foundation, hostas under the shade of a plane tree, and a strip of grass that has to be kept just so between them. Lyn's Lawn & Garden Btq works at exactly that scale, where mowing and trimming happen a step at a time and the edge along a bed matters as much as the height of the cut. The season runs on regular mowing, careful trimming, tidy borders, and the cleanups that open the spring and close out the fall. In June, when the shade is deep and the light comes down in pieces, a well-kept little yard feels less like a lawn than like a room. Keeping it that way, visit after visit, is the work.
