About C&J Landscaping & Property Preservation llc.

By late October the leaves come down over Lansdowne faster than any one homeowner can keep pace with — oak, maple and the big pale sycamore litter of the blocks that tilt down toward Naylor's Run. C&J Landscaping & Property Preservation llc. works that season hard, mowing right up to the last cut of the year and then hauling a yard back to bare, breathing ground before the first hard freeze. The rest of the calendar is steady grass work: regular cuts, trimmed borders, and the spring cleanup that undoes whatever winter left in the corners. There is a particular satisfaction in a lawn raked clean at dusk, the curb line sharp again, the whole property looking as though it finally exhaled. Ordinary work, done at a pitch the street can see.
