About Dynamic Landscaping & Irrigation Inc.

When a storm comes up the Route 1 corridor, Langhorne's parking lots are the first places that have to be made safe and the last that get to rest. Dynamic Landscaping & Irrigation Inc. runs the winter side of that: clearing commercial lots and access drives, plowing residential driveways, opening walkways and spreading salt through the small hours. Snow out here arrives on a hard wind and drifts along every curb line and island. Working a lot properly is a kind of choreography — where the piles go, which lanes open first, how the drainage will run when it all melts on Tuesday. By the time the morning traffic comes through, the pavement is dark and wet and nobody has to think about it.
