About Jesse James Landscaping & Hardscaping

Snow reaches Landisburg off the ridges first, whitening the Tuscarora timber before it ever touches Sherman's Creek at the bottom of the valley. Jesse James Landscaping & Hardscaping is out in it — plowing the long Perry County driveways, clearing lots, shoveling walks and steps, and spreading salt and de-icer where the grade turns slick. Out here a drive can run a few hundred feet between the road and the door, and the difference between passable and stranded is one pass with a blade. The reward comes at first light: black pavement, banked edges, a truck that leaves without spinning a tire. Landisburg, Loysville, Elliottsburg, Blain, Shermans Dale and New Bloomfield are where the plow goes.
