About Koziol Landscaping LLC

Out past the village the land opens into pasture — post-and-rail fences, a run of mown field, the long low light Chester County gets in October. Koziol Landscaping LLC works those properties through the turn of the year: mowing, edging and fall cleanups while the leaves are still coming down, then plowing and salting once the first hard freeze sets in along Broad Run. Snow arrives here on the wind out of the northwest and packs into the dips of the driveways, which is exactly where the blade has to be patient. Doing it right means a lawn that looks intentional in September and a driveway you can walk to the mailbox on in January. Both are the same trade, only wearing different coats.
