About Green State Landscaping LLC

Late July out toward Mountville, the air goes thick by ten in the morning and the only sensible hours are the early ones. Green State Landscaping LLC takes the day at that end — mowers off the trailer while the dew is still on, trimming and edging done before the heat sits down on the fields west of Lancaster. Midsummer is when a lawn tells you the truth about its soil, so this is the stretch for reading the thin spots and planning the seed that goes down when September cools things off. Mulch keeps the beds holding moisture through the dry weeks, and cleanups bookend the year at both ends. A yard cut early, edged clean and left alone by noon holds its shape right through the hottest afternoon the county can produce.
