About Rich Arlington & Associates

Snow arrives in Lake City in bands. The lake stays open, the wind swings around, and a stripe of white sets up over this corner of Erie County and stays there — six inches while the next town over sees flurries. Rich Arlington & Associates plans around exactly that: plowing, opening driveways and lots, shoveling entryways, laying down salt before the pack sets. Work starts in the black hours so the first car of the morning finds pavement instead of a wall at the end of the drive. By the time the sun comes up gray over the vineyards, the lots are cut clean and the day can simply begin.
