About K.A.I. Excavation & Landscaping

At Lackawaxen the river of that name comes down out of the hills and hands itself to the Delaware, and the roads above the confluence climb hard on both banks. K.A.I. Excavation & Landscaping plows those grades all winter — steep gravel drives, hairpin turnarounds, walks cut down to the stone underneath. Cold pools in the river gap overnight, so what ran wet at noon can be glass by dark, and the sand and salt go down with that in mind. Getting a hillside place open before the owner's headlights swing around the last bend is the whole point of the trip. Gravity matters as much as the snowfall on these Pike County hillsides.
