Kennett Square's older blocks keep their yards out back, small deep rectangles of green that only the neighbors ever see. Sanchez Landscape takes those as seriously as any front lawn — mowing, string trimming, edging along fences and paths, and cleanups in spring and fall. On a July evening, with the cicadas going and the light dropping behind the rooftops, a yard cut that afternoon becomes a place people actually sit in. That is the aim: not a showpiece, but a green room at the back of the house that gets used. The work runs through Kennett Square and out to the nearby townships and boroughs.
