Kane Lawn & Garden

About Kane Lawn & Garden

Kane stands nearly two thousand feet up inside the Allegheny National Forest, which is another way of saying the summers run cool and the winters run long. Kane Lawn & Garden works both ends of that calendar, mowing, trimming and edging through the green months, then plowing and salting once the forest goes quiet and white. A lawn up here gets a short season to look its best, and there is pride in keeping one sharp along a Route 6 sidewalk or a side-street lot. Then the snow arrives, and the same attention goes into a driveway opened before breakfast and walks salted right to the step. Cleanups in spring and fall mark the handoff from one kind of work to the other.
