Rozenberg Tree Service

About Rozenberg Tree Service

On October mornings the fog sits in the Nippenose Valley until the sun clears the ridge, and then the whole limestone bowl of farms comes up gold. Rozenberg Tree Service works out of Jersey Shore across that country — tree removal on farmsteads where a locust has died beside the equipment shed, tree trimming to keep a lane open for a wagon, pruning to take the weight off a maple's low limbs. The West Branch makes its own weather, and one hard line of storms can leave a fencerow full of hangers by dinnertime; storm damage cleanup here means walking the whole tree line, not just the piece already on the ground. There is a certain pride in leaving a farm lane wide open and a dooryard swept clean enough for boots. The work shows for years, which is the point of doing it well.
