About APEX Lawncare

Jackson Center sits where Mercer County goes wide open — fields on three sides and a sky that shows you the weather a full hour before it gets there. Lawns in that country run big and unshaded, so mowing is long passes and honest lines, with trimming to tighten things up around foundations, posts and drives. Spring cleanup pulls the winter's leavings off the grass; fall cleanup gets ahead of the leaves before the first hard freeze locks them down. Out here a well-kept yard reads from the road a quarter mile off, which is its own form of accountability. There is satisfaction in a northwestern Pennsylvania afternoon where the last pass lines up perfectly with the first.
