About RLW Concrete LLC

Snow comes across the high ground above Houtzdale on a wind that does not quit, and by morning a lot can be drifted in twice over. RLW Concrete LLC runs the plow through those nights — pushing lots and driveways back to pavement, clearing walks by shovel, laying salt along the drift line that always reforms in the same place. March is no gentler than January up here; some of the heaviest falls come once everyone has decided winter is finished. The point of a night like that is a plain one: at dawn, the way out is open and nothing has to be argued with. Stack the banks where they belong, and the next storm has somewhere to go.
