B&G Trees

About B&G Trees

Houtzdale sits high on the plateau above Moshannon Creek, which is another way of saying winter arrives early here and takes its time leaving. B&G Trees works both ends of that — plowing and shoveling and salting through the long cold months, then mowing, trimming and cleaning up yards across the short bright summer. There is a specific pride in a driveway opened before daylight in a town where people head out to work in the dark. And a different one in July, when a lawn mown flat and edged clean holds its green right up to the treeline. Two seasons, not much middle ground, and both get the same attention.
